Edimakor spends a lot on research and development to offer advanced AI features, including high costs for algorithm models. Each time users use these AI features, it uses up server resources. That's why Edimakor deducts Credits.

You can earn AI Credits in several ways: receive 30 bonus credit when you first log in to Edimakor 3.1 or a later version; get additional credits by purchasing an Edimakor paid plan, with the amount varying based on the plan chosen. If your AI credits in paid plan run out, you can purchase extra AI credits in our product.

No, our license is not cross-platform. A license purchased for Windows cannot be used on a Mac, and a license purchased for Mac cannot be used on a Windows PC. If you need to change the account email, please contact Customer Service.

No, each AI Credits license is valid for use on a single computer only. If you purchase an AI Credits license for Windows, it can be used on one Windows computer. The same rule applies to Mac licenses.

No, we are sorry that AI credit is part of Edimakor paid VIP plan, not independent. To use AI credit for AI features, you should have paid VIP plan within the validity period. But if your paid VIP plan is still valid, you can purchase extra AI credits once your credits run out.
