How to Use Edimakor AI Clip Maker

Part 1. Install and Start the AI Clip Maker in Edimakor

Open the Edimakor application. Look for a clearly labeled button or tab that says "AI Shorts". It can be found in the main menu's toolbar, or the "Toolbox" section. Click on it to open the AI Clip Maker interface.

Part 2. Upload/Download a Long Video

Once you're in the AI Clip Maker, you can either click 'Import Files' to select a video file or just drag and drop it.

You can also download a video using a link, instead of uploading a file.

Part 3. Set the Length and Subtitle Style of Clips

Next, look for the 'Highlight Duration' settings on the right after importing the video. You can set it to 30, 60, or 90 seconds. The AI Clip Maker will then extract all clips within that duration. If you want clips of different lengths, choose "Auto".

Right after setting the duration, you'll find subtitle style options. Edimakor's AI Clip Maker will automatically add stunning subtitles in your chosen style to the shorts.

Part 4. Generate Clips from the Long Video

Once all set down, hit the 'Generate Shorts' button. It'll automatically create short clips based on your chosen length and the key moments it finds. This might take a little while, depending on how long your video is and how complex the AI analysis is. So, hang tight.

Part 5. Preview the Clips One by One

When it's finished, a list of your short clips will pop up. Just click on any of them to watch a preview in the player.

Use the play, pause, rewind, and fast forward buttons to go through each clip. Pay attention to the content, how the clips flow, and if the subtitles are correct.

Part 6. View the Shorts in TikTok and YouTube Layout

Find the 'TikTok' or 'YouTube Shorts' icons on the preview window. Click the one you want. The preview will look like a "posted video". Check that everything looks good.

Part 7. Recommended AI Title/Description

Edimakor may generate suggested titles and descriptions for your shorts. Find the "Detail" and "Description" fields. Select the text you want to copy. Right-click on the target text and choose "Copy" icon.

Part 8. Export the Shorts

To save your clips, click 'Export' button to start. A progress bar will show you the progress. Your clips will be saved to your chosen folder.

Part 9. Advanced Edit the Shorts in the Timeline

Find 'Advanced Edit' next to 'Export'. Click it for the timeline. Now it can be edited like a normal video. You got it! Go make some shorts!
