How to Convert Story to Video with HitPaw Edimakor

Step 1: Install Edimakor Video Editor

Download and install HitPaw Edimakor.

Step 2: Enable the Story to Video Feature

Open the main interface, then access AI Video Generator to find the Story to Video feature.

Step 3: Start Creating Story Videos

• Start with ideas

If you only have a simple idea, don’t worry—just share it with Edimakor, and it will guide you from script to screen, helping you create a complete story video.

First, choose the scene you want, such as Micro-drama or Children Education. You can also select specific video themes within each category.



Next, you can choose a style at the bottom, with a wide range of options available to suit your needs.



After that, you can choose video length, aspect ratio, target audience, and language for your video creation.



Once you've completed these settings, click “Next” to generate a script in seconds.



You can edit and revise the script as needed to match your vision. Not sure what to change? Edimakor offers ready-made templates to guide you.



Once you've confirmed the script, you can proceed to the next step: creating character images. You can create all images with a single click using AI easily.



Alternatively, you can click "Create Character" in the character module to set more detailed settings such as the character's name, age, gender, background, and enter a prompt to define their appearance.

You can use the Prompt Generator by uploading an image or entering text to generate a more detailed prompt.



After generating the image, click "Next" to start generating each scene.



Each generated scene is displayed in the left sidebar; you can click to modify each scene. You can also add scenes here if you need.



In scene modification, you can choose AI models and modify the characters and scene descriptions. If you didn't modify the script and character appearance in the first two steps or are not satisfied with them, don't worry, you can still make changes here.

At the same time, choosing the Shot Size and Shooting Angle is also important as it makes your video more professional and engaging.AI will automatically select the appropriate Shot Size and Shooting Angle for your scene, and you can also adjust them based on your own ideas.



Click the microphone icon in the top-right panel to choose voices for narration and characters. Edimakor offers a rich voice library with a variety of tones and accents, designed to suit different use cases.



You can also clone your own voice in the “My Voice” section for a more personalized experience.



Next, click the music note icon to choose background music. AI will automatically select a track that fits your video, and you can also browse the music library to replace it with another suitable option.



On the right, click the CC (subtitles) icon to explore a variety of subtitle styles to choose from.



At the bottom, in the Subtitles panel, you can edit the subtitle text and choose whether it’s voiced by a character or the narrator. Once selected, click “Generate Voiceover” to create the audio. You can also switch the speaking character and update the voiceover at any time.



Once everything is set, click “AI Generate” and wait for your video to be processed in “My Creations.”



You can preview the generated content, and if you’re satisfied, apply it to your scene.



If you want to turn the scene into a video, right-click the image and select “Image to Video.”



The image will automatically be used as the first frame. Then, adjust the prompt, choose the duration and resolution, and generate the video for this scene.



You can also upload your own images as the first frame of the video.



Repeat these steps until each scene is generated and meets your expectations, then export the final video.



Click “Open Folder” to view the file location.
